Tim’s personal experience with providing care for his parents and helping them live with the daily challenges of ALS, dementia and Parkinson’s drives his passion to provide the highest quality of care for your loved one. Tim’s dedication to enriching the quality of life for others focuses his priorities in leading an extraordinary CareOne team. His mission every day is providing a higher standard for in-home care with unprecedented success.

Carrie Akin, Agency Director and Co-Founder
Carrie’s personal experience as a caregiver and having family members who have faced the challenges of living with dementia and Parkinson’s Disease inspires her to enrich and support the lives of others experiencing similar situations. Carrie’s passion and commitment to being a lifelong learner motivates her to provide expert training and ongoing education for employees, resulting in the highest quality of care for your loved one.
